Bryan A. Gutraj, an Illinois licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and attorney whose principal office is located in Libertyville, Illinois (a northern suburb of Chicago, Il.) but maintains a second office in downtown Chicago. 

 

Founded in 2002, Bryan’s accounting firm operates as “Gutraj Accounting and Tax Services” and works with large and small organizations to assist with payroll, financial statement preparation, Financial Planning & Analysis Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategic Planning and tax return preparation and planning.

 

The tax practice consists of IRS defense work, asset protection, business planning, business entity structuring, complex estate plans, strategic tax planning and individual and business tax preparation.

 

Bryan Gutraj’s legal practice, “The Law Offices of Bryan A. Gutraj, CPA,” began in 2005 and includes work in estates and trusts, business matters, real estate, aviation and tax law.
