Brian Gutraj, County Board candidate, is adding a new dimension to Lake County politics - campaigning by air. An instrument-rated private pilot with 300 hours of flight time, Gutraj is going to do fly-overs for the media to get a birds-eye view of traffic congestion and environmental problems. A CPA, Gutraj is seeking the Republican nomination for District 6 that includes Round Lake Park, Grayslake, Third Lake, and parts of Gurnee.
